Cant view details of item for sale

Hi

I cant view any pics on item for sale past 1st one. Or see further details. Anyone know why. Or have a way of contacting ebay. Cant email as it doesnt fit into any of their topics. That assistant is no use at all. My account hasnt anything past what I've tried above. Everything appears to be frozen for want of a better word

Is it every listing or a specific one?

I can search for something ie dog bowl
Then list of dog bowls with their pic appears
Then click on 1 all as normal so far
On the item u can only view the 1st pic, theres no others, even if theres
supposed to be 5/6 pics
Then I cant buy the item or put in basket
And if I go onto description that doesnt work either.
So basically cant buy anything
Yet I'm not locked out by ebay as I've had no message or email telling me
so.
Spent over 2 hrs this morning going round n round on that stupid chat
thing. Same nonsense when I kept ringing even tho it was during office hrs
it kept saying it wasn't during office hrs before cutting off.
