Cant find tracking on e-bay after using simple delivery.

So I been trying to use simple delivery to see if it is actually simple and was ok for a couple of times, but a buyer has asked for tracking.
you would think it would come up automatically in the buyers section but no, and I cant find it anywhere, Help.

The buyer can see the tracking on their purchase history page > view order details.

Hmm but on my seller page it has a tab saying "add tracking" which would suggest there is no tracking, how do I view the tracking?
