Cannot collect my money as the buyer hasn't entered a collection code

How do you enter the buyers code to confirm collection if they don't give it to you?

The clock i sold was collected a month ago yet i can't get the money. I have contacted the buyer twice to enter the collection code and still nothing. 

This business logic is beyond senseless !

Without the code the money is supposed to be released within 21 days.   Contact ebay about it using callback on here:
