I received an offer from a seller i accepted the offer and purchased the item the seller has cancelled my purchase and is say they did not send the offer can anyone help ?
It might have been sent automatically by ebay without the seller realising. I'm afraid no one can force a seller to proceed with a transaction if they don't want to. You will get all your money back.
