I just had a buyer cancel their order and ive had to relist the entire item! Why cant ebay just offer it to the next highest bidder automatically so dont have to go through whole process again 😫

You can offer to the next highest bidder.   The second chance offer option is via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.

Some people complain when ebay automatically does something on their behalf!

They just can't please everyone.
