Morning, I won an item 2 weeks ago, a mobility scooter, the scooter was in the garage ‘somewhere’ and I was told told they would sort it out. Was due to collect on 4th April and pay cash on collection, but was told it was ready and they didn’t have time to sort it out. Was then due to collect this weekend but it’s now been cancelled by the seller because they haven’t had time to sort it out but they’ve said the reason for cancelling us because I hadn’t paid!!! Will this affect by account??
