Buyer paid for an item last Friday 19th & I posted it the following day in the morning to ebay`s global shipping service in Lichfield. Signed in later thet day to enter the tracking number but the item had disappeared. Found it another way & entered the tracking number only to be advised that the order had been cancelled & ebay would be taking the bid money + postage from my bank account minus any fees. How do I claim the refund of the postage as the order was still live when I posted it? Can`t find right answer on ebay.........being a 77 year old technophobe does not help!
