Cancelled order - still charged fees

Good morning, everyone. Yesterday, I sold a car, but the buyer requested that I cancel the order due to an error. I canceled the order and relisted my car, but now I’ve been charged two insertion fees. How can I receive a refund for the canceled listing? I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you!

The non refundable listing fee charged the second the item goes live, you can compare to listing your car in your local paper.  If the car doesn't sell,  the paper would not refund you your advertising fee.

One tip,  if you relist, and there will be that non refundable listing fee charged again, check your details and photos are 100% correct, once it goes live , you cannot change any detail.

Take a peek too,  at perhaps listing it in a Classified ad format,  most will agree this is the best way to list a vehicle.
