Due to eBay not being able too print off a label with the address the buyer submitted, I cancelled the order and requested the buyer to look at what eBay had requested and to reorder, which he did.
the item was lost by the French Postal Service so the buyer gave me two Neutral Feedbacks.
I asked eBay to remove them but they only removed the second one stating the buyer didn't ask me to cancel the first one. it is true the buyer didn't request it but eBay said they couldn't print a label because of a faulty address !!!
So why can't I have it removed ?
