Cancelled Purchase

Hi

I have a buyer that has cancelled the purchase - that's fine, but my question is, if I want to re-list the item it says I have to re-list with fees. How is this right when I have not cancelled the purchase?

What fees were you charged first time round?

There was no Reserve on the auction, so no fee to pay there.

Did you promote it?

No fees, no reserve so nothing to pay on original listing. But if I want to re list it says to re list with fees, if I decline the fees it wont re-list?

There won't be any fees as long as you relist in exactly the same way.
