Hi, I sold a buy it now item and the buyer paid but has now requested a cancellation. The reason is purchased in error. I have not shipped the item and am happy to cancel but will I still have to pay any fee’s? Thank you in advance
There are no selling fees for private sellers these days, except for vehicles. Unless you used an optional listing extra such as a reserve, and those fees are never refundable.
