I ordered two batteries from the same company a Powerline 334 and a Powerline 335 when I had paid for them the listing came back as one 334 from tayna batteries and one from parts savers another 334 which should have been a 335 I immediately messaged parts savers to cancel the order as it was a
would be the wrong fitment for my vehicle, they have now come back saying the order cannot be cancelled, I cannot understand why it could not be cancelled as it was only minutes between ordering and cancelling the order. In my message I asked them not to send the item as it was the wrong number of battery, can you please intervein and stop the sending me the wrong item.
Thank You

We are members like you and are not able to get involved.
If seller is not helpful, when the wrong battery arrives, open a NOT AS DESCRIBED RETURN, seller has to provide a reply paid label and on return refund in full.
GO FOR REFUND do not risk a replacement. As this costs seller money, perhaps they will learn to be more helpful in future.

If the seller won't cancel all you can do is wait until they're delivered and then return one or both if unwanted.
If you ordered both from the same seller and one is of a different type to the one you ordered you can use eBay's money back guarantee to return it. The seller is a UK business seller so they will be required to send you a prepaid return label.
(Make sure that's it's suitable, as eBay is liable to send you an ordinary Royal Mail label and they don't carry batteries. You may have to contact eBay customer support to get this changed to a courier who will carry them.)
I agree with the advice already given: ask for a refund, not a replacement. You wouldn't be covered if the replacement was faulty, or it took so long to arrange that the time limit for a refund expired.
