Cancellation Prior to postage the item got damaged so I informed Byer

A cancelled order prior to Postage due to the item accidently dropped in rapping SO i had to inform the buyer of my appolagies . I can not Cancell as EBAY STATE Cancellation alread exists BUT I have not been Paid and SO can not refund my Buyer. Virtual Assistant is USELESS and Can NOt get Response From Ebay ????

If you have cancelled with the buyer's agreement,  therefore selected the reason ...  Buyer Requests to cancel,  this will fully refund your buyer and your seller performance will not be affected.

If there is no money in the available section in your eBay Balance then the refund will be made from any pending payment, or from the bank account you nominated for this purpose.

When the case is finalised with the refund any money pending / or on hold will be released to you.
