Where is my money

I withdrew money from my eBay balance today and it’s not showing in my bank account, how do I speak to someone at eBay to resolve this matter?

If you correctly withdrew your money,  did it actually say money £** sent and your eBay Balance now read £0.00,  then it can take 1 - 4 days to  appear in your bank account, some banks are faster than others.
