Hi I have tried to cancel a postage label but it won't allow me to do it, I never used the label and sent the item but now it says item has not been delivered although it has so I have not been paid... Have been in touch with buyer and they have received and happy with the item

Assuming you have "Simple Delivery" enabled on your listing you won't be able to cancel that label. See if you can add the new tracking number so that it shows delivery to get the payment. Go to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number. If not contact ebay and ask them to do it. You can use callback on here:

You may need to wait 24 hours for the label to appear before being able to cancel it for a refund. Use laptop / PC too and try Chrome, this may not work on an app or mobile browser.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.
