Cancel postage label

I don't live near an evri drop off point but have been getting charged for the label even when I don't use it, I tried cancelling it within a couple of hours but it said I could not cancel it. I will stop using eBay if this continues as I am out of pocket for the postage .

If you bought the label from eBay ? Packlink then you can get a refund for the unused label,  but may need to wait 24 hours for it to appear before  being able to cancel it.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

If purchase through Simple delivery then the buyer pays for the label, and if not used they will be refunded within 30 days.

Seems unfair I paid for the postage myself as I don't have access to an evri depot nearby and I clicked on the print label to get the address, also it is too easy just to click on the print label and once to have done that you can't cancel.

I think you may have missed my answer above ?

If you bought the label through eBay / Packlink,  I have explained how you can receive a full refund for the unused label.

If you bought the label from Evri website you turn there for your refund.

If this was a Simple Delivery item the buyer has paid for the label and they will be refunded.
