I ordered a dart board ring light but ordered the wrong type  it was a wall one and not one that sticks to the dart board as it’s on a stand and not the wall I cancelled the order within 10 mins the seller never got back to me after four days I sent a message to the seller and he refused to send a refund saying to late I was also supposed to receive the item by 7th but still not received it to send back

Have you paid?

Check the email you received when you paid.  It will give you a range of estimated delivery dates.

One day after the latest EDD you can open an 'item not received' case.

If the item does turn up, you can send it back as long as you bought from a business seller. You will need to pay for the return.
