The buyer of my product wants to cancel his order but when I go to the cancel section it says I have to pay them back but I have not recieved any money. Has anyone got any ideas what to do ?
The buyer has probably paid but you won't receive it from ebay until after delivery. It will say on the confirmation email you got from ebay when it sold. When you cancel the refund will come from the payment held by ebay.
