i purchased a postage label and made a mistake so need to cancel or void it. When i follow instructions it says i cannot cancel the label. Can anyone help please.
Assuming it had Simple Delivery on the listing the label cannot be cancelled. You'd have to cancel/refund the transaction and relist for buyer to buy and pay again.
