Ive not paid for the order but the seller has,agrreed i can submit a canceelation. I can see the item as its not in my list of paid purchases so do i need to pay then request the cancellation?
You don't have to issue a request. You've already asked the seller and they can cancel from the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item on their orders list.
This is in the seller's hands and you don't need to do anything else.
