Can't update my details and can't contact support. eBay is disintegrating before my eyes.

I keep getting emails from eBay to update my details and until I do my payouts will be on hold. I have followed the link and updated the details, I checked everything thoroughly. So the problem is not on my end. Tried to contact the support and there is only one option, to make the agent call me and every time they do I can't hear them, the calls are international, from Germany. Why eBay has become such a joke?

Try them again , but tomorrow morning first thing,  when the lines first open at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
