Can’t show item is sent

Hi

i sent an item Royal Mail, but I can’t seem to update the order unless I print and pay for DHL label.

the buyer has received the item.

how do I show as dispatched?

You have to open the ebay label to mark dispatched.   It remains unused as it won't be scanned.   If you had buyer pays postage on your listing they get the refund after 30 days.   You only pay postage if you have free postage on your listing.

After that add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.    That has to be done on a desktop browser.
