Can't revise a buy it now listing

I am trying to revise a buy it now listing but everything is greyed out. I can alter my other listings just not this particular one. It says I have an offer but there are none. It also says I have a question to answer but I have answered all questions?? Please help. Thank you.

If it says it has an offer then it must have one,  and this is preventing you from changing the listing, check your eBay messages,  email even Spam .

The offer needs to be rejected or it will time out after 4 days then you can revise it.

Or,  end the listings and relist it with the correct details / photos.
