Can't mark item as delivered

I sold an item and the buyer paid straight away and I clicked to print a delivery label but it seemed to be defaulting to EVRI.  I cancelled out of that I sent it via Royal Mail.  EBay wont release the funds to me as for some unknown reason it is waiting for EVRI to deliver it  The buyer has received the item but I can't set it as delivered.  It's a disgrace that there isn't a phone number to contact eBay and get this sorted so any help would be appreciated.

With ebay's new Simple Delivery you are supposed to use the label supplied via ebay.   If you don't you will get the payment as long as it's marked as dispatched but it will take 14 days to be released.

Thank you,  that is most helpful.  Maybe it's just me but I found it impossible to locate the "callback" page that you have provided!  I will wait 14 days then I can get a callback if it's not resolved.
