Can't cancel order after using simple delivery

1. Buyer placed an order
2. I generated the label through simple delivery
3. Buyer sent a cancellation request which was automatically declined by the system
4. I tried to cancel the order and it didn't let me
5. I tried to cancel the label and it didn't let me
6. Now, the buyers money is on hold and the postage costs have been deducted from my account
7. Spoke with eBay who said don't send the item, it will be automatically cancelled after 3 days, I don't know how true this is

How is this simple delivery?

Ebay’s understanding of the word simple, seems to imply they do not understand “simple” English.

Advanced Postage is Simple enough, and far less complicated.
