I’ve been trying to cancel a number of best offers and I’m getting this message on every one I try to cancel I’ve tried on the app and on a browser and the results are the same

These are the rules and T & C's of being able to retract a Best Offer:

Has seller accepted the best offer, if so too late to cancel, you need to contact the seller.

You do not give a reason for retraction, as said and it gives this information in the message, retracting an offer is only allowed in a few circumstances, and wanting to cancel a number of best offers does not seem reasonable, as I doubt you made mistakes on each one.
The rules are similar to cancelling a bid, and most sellers would automatically place bidder on Blocked Bidders List.

I’ve tried all of these I had made a mistake on a couple of best offers so had to cancel them I’ve tried everything above the problem occurs after I put the item number in

Yes I know this but had made a incorrect amount on a couple of items I sent best offers I just get this message after I put item number in I’m a regular buyer on here so pretty much know my way around the settings and this hasn’t happened before unfortunately

In that screenshot it says 'item not found or not available' - are you sure that the listing is still live?

Yeah they were live I’ve sent a best offer for. Ps5 game that has two days left to run and I just tried to cancel to see if I could get the option to give a reason after you put the item number in and I got the same message

Also I put the item number in the search bar and it finds the item and recognises the item number and takes me to it so I don’t understand what’s wrong I’m using a iPhone 11 and had no problems in the past just the past week or so
