Hi, I’ve sold an item, trying to purchase postage label but it comes up as no postage options & says there’s an error in the buyers address- I have checked with buyer & royal mails postcode checker and all is correct. Any help appreciated.
Thank you for your reply, it turned out that there was a comma after the first 3 digits in postcode! Although this error had been there for over 300 prior purchases it only now had thrown up a fault for the buyer!! Probably a software update had triggered it? Anyway she altered it after I’d contacted eBay C/S agent & sale went ahead. Appreciate you taking time to reply to me. Sent from my iPhone
Probably many transactions dealt with by sellers, with no interference from ebay and their simple postage labels. Humans can deal with simple problems like misplaced commas, robots cannot.
