Can't buy an item

Hi, I'm in the UK and trying to buy item 376673721696, but I get an error about the seller not shipping to my location.  The seller says they do, and have selected "international" when listing the item, but they can't do anymore.

Is there anything I can do?

USA seller, although posts international, they don't include UK.
