Did you possibly buy as a guest, if so it will not be in your purchases, all you will have isca confirmation email from ebay.
With guest purchases no feedback can be left, so I would assume that a review if the product also cannot be left.
Request for review may be sent by seller, but if there is no means to do this just ignore.
