Can someone please explain how I can speak to a real person

I recently purchased an item that for some reason comes in 4 parts one came Friday after the delivery driver rang me another 2 parts came yesterday and the last part was due to be delivered last night could not find address was given as the reason but they found it on Friday after they rang me I spent over an hour hearing excuse after excuse gave my number 7 times I eventually got a call from a supervisor and was told that it would be delivered today I followed the driver on the tracking system and when my partner was next she went outside and seen the driver from Friday who said that he didn't have her item and he was delivering to number 14 my partner lives at 12 a couple of minutes later yodel said they could not find the address for the second time I have complained again fobbed off I need to speak to someone from ebay not a machine or texting a real person can someone please help me

Open a return to get a full refund and seller has to pay for the return postage for the parts you've received.    So start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
