Can someone help me

Hi,have this problem,I was gonna buy an item tomorrow and eBay is showing-No longer a registered user when I tap on the message icon and when I try to visit the listing from the seller,I can't find it,does it mean I can't buy the item anymore,or eBay done something to the seller or something else happened.

it means their account has been suspended by ebay so you won't be able to buy from them.    Even if you managed to somehow you'd have no buyer protection.

It means the listing, and the seller, have been removed from ebay.

If a seller was selling something one day and is "Not a registered user" the next it means that eBay has closed their account.

We don't know why, but immediate account closure is likely to mean that eBay judged them to be a risk to other users.

You have probably had a lucky escape from a scam. Never forget the warning in the user agreement - hardly anyone bothers to read it - that "eBay does not  guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of descriptions".

Would you buy from a shop that stated this? Buying from strangers here is risky. Be on your guard - eBay is a jungle.

This was my second thought ,the first one was if it's possible they just closed/delete they account so i can't buy the item from them.

Sellers cannot close their own account so close to a transaction or listing.

What if their account was being hacked and then suspended by eBay by any reason

That could also be an explanation, but they are unlikely to have had their account closed if hacked, just frozen.  Anyway, it makes no difference to your situation.

If they didn't want you to buy from them they wouldn't delete their account, they would just block you.

As others have said,   if the account is now showing ' unregistered user',  this means eBay have closed their account for some breach of a selling regulation, the seller has made.

You will never know the reason, and you will not be able to buy anything from them.

They didn't blocked,me they contacted me to let me know what happened.

If the seller wanted me, to be blocked they are free to do so,but they didn't do it.

What seller would block someone,who wants to buy something from them.

Sellers will block buyers who wish to buy from them for many reasons,  that is why the facility is there.

If your seller has an ' Unregistered User'  on their profile eBay have cancelled their account.

You had a lucky escape not buying from this seller,  as eBay do not cancel seller's accounts for no good reason.

What if the account was hacked ,then what? Now the seller's account isn't Unregistered User anymore.

If your account is hacked,  then eBay close it not for ' no good reason' but to investigate.

Why do you keep thinking the account was hacked,  the seller may have broken any numerous  selling rules.

If they are unregistered eBay have done this to protect you,  and other buyers from buying from this seller.

Surely they were selling something you can now find and buy from another seller.

I have the feeling that it was hacked because years back i lost access on another platform,who the account was hacked and now the account is still there but i can't access it anymore.

Maybe here on eBay is a different story maybe,if I lost access to the account because it was hacked,they are probably gonna help me to log back in or maybe not who knows.
