Can no longer bid

Haven’t been able to bid for last few days,all seems okay my side internet wise but I can’t bid,can’t enlarge sellers photos and can’t contact sellers.

Has someone at EBay been messing about with things?

I love E bay but this is a terrible service, Can’t contact CS and speak to a human and also haven’t been warned or contacted about this problem at all BUT I still keep getting reminders to my email to BUY THIS OR Increase bids etc.

eBay are having current issue with outdated systems.

eBay are advising to ensure the device and browser you are using is up to date,  and the recent app update is installed.

Many are experiencing various issues because of the above,  you are not alone .

It would have been nice and dare I say business like to let the customers know. Let’s hope the fault is rectified soon sellers are missing out as well as people like me ie a buyer only at this stage.

Issue is not with ebay, it is with ebayers devices.

Make sure you update all devices and web browsers.

If using Safari (most troubled) switch to chrome or Firefox.
