Can buyers purchase and then refuse to pay now, with no consequence.

I recently agreed a sale on a Russian vintage chess set. I agreed his offer, but he has not, paid. So under these new 'as Vinted' rules, can he just not pay, no penalty, now? Is it EXACTLY like Vinted rules, now. Or, pick and choose? I'm confused.

When did you sell the item?

The buyer has 4 full days to pay, even after you have accepted their offer.

If they don't pay, on day 5 you can cancel the sale using the reason 'buyer didn't pay' and they get a non-payment strike on their account.  So, buyers can't agree to buy and then not pay without being penalised.
