Can anyone tell me how to get Ebay to correct items dispatched that have been posted but still list

Can anybody tell Ebay that items dispatched are still listed as requiring posting

You do not tell ebay, you simply go to drop down menu and us "mark as dispatched".

When selling you deal with all proesses yourself, ebay does not get involved in dealing with postage marking as dispatched or adding tracking. It is your sale you deal with the transaction all the way from listing to dispatch.

To mark as dispatched you have to do this from the Seller Hub here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/ovw

Click on the item in Orders >>  Awaiting postage.  Then, top left on View Order details.

On the page which appears,  far right from More Actions drop down menu select Mark as Dispatched.

Use a PC / laptop to do this not the app or mobile browser, and use Chrome that works best with eBay.
