Can I give customers a choice of courier?

I have Yodel, Royal Mail, Evri and DPD can I give customers a choice? So if Evri is terrible in their area then they can choice to have choose Royal Mail - maybe at an extra 50p

You're using free postage on your listings so you can use whichever you like but you can't charge extra if you're offering free postage.
