Can I get a refund?

I bought a mug at the beginning of this month and finally used it this week. I bought it as a collection or for use when I have guests over, rather than for my own daily use.
I didn't notice when I made the tea for my husband, but when he left it for half a day without finishing it, I noticed that it was cracked from the top to the bottom and the tea was leaking.
I have already completed a review of the auction, but can I get a refund?

Yes, as long as it's still within 30 days of delivery.   The feedback won't affect it.   Start a return on here:

I should have informed in the first question, but the mag is one of a set of two and the other one seems to be fine. If I proceed with the return process, I will be refunded the entire amount. I would like to receive half the price. What should I do? I am sorry for the inconvenience.

You can ask the seller for a partial refund but they might insist you send them both back for a full refund.

To add. 

Don't accept replacement, sellers are known to offer this as delaying tactic. 

Either accept part refund through case or Return both mugs for full refund.
