bids or make an offer - I made an offer 24 hrs past - accepted, following morning none stop texts about what, were, when, why about what I was going to do with the car, kept changing times to complete the purchase in cash, not with him but someone else at the same address, later that day he relisted the car said he had sold it to someone else about 6 hrs later , I won the bid but he sold it to some one else, ebay are of no help - is this legal and fare
