hi, every time I go to check out an item I get this come up I’ve tried everything. I cannot get rid of it. Try resetting the phone. Try resetting the app try and re-locking on. this is a message I’m getting

Others too,  have been receiving this odd ' not sending to your location'  notification when trying to buy and it's always UK to UK so makes no sense.

Unless!

Are you by chance in the Channel Isles, in particular Jersey or Guernsey?  eBay have deemed the Chan Isles to be Europe,  so if the seller has this ticked this as somewhere they do not post to,  or even have Evri selected,  this can stop you from buying from them.

If you do not live in the Chan Isles but still find it impossible to buy and pay,  do as the message suggests contact CS for their answer,  and please if they give something that makes sense,  please come back and tell us,  it will help us to help others with this issue !

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I  do really recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning, now when lines have first opened for ' live agents,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
