what do you do when you’ve bought a item and the seller won’t communicate I know I can get my money back but I really wanted the item

Has the seller told you that they're not sending the item out to you?

Is it now past the latest estimated delivery date showing on the order details?

No they haven’t even replied to my message and it’s passed the date I’m
meant to be getting it

In that case you have no option except to open an eBay item not received claim to get your money back. You can still leave feedback.
