Buying and exchanging

I've found a company on eBay that restores a car part that I need.  The way they usually work is they exchange the customer's used part for a newly restored part. As they don't have the part I want in stock they offered to restore my original part. This is where the problem starts as its agents eBay rules to exchange contract details, therefore they can't send me their address or payment details, I'm wanting to pay and buy the item via ebay but I can't find a way to do so on ebay. If anyone has a solution please let me know.

This should be a business seller in which case their details are on their listings or by using google.
