Buying an item.

I've bought loads of things on eBay before but I have received a message asking for a mobile number or email address for the tracking service.  I've never been asked this before and the request came to my email.   Should I be concerned?

Depends what you have purchased.  Sometimes couriers require a mobile number.

However,  just advise your seller they can find those details in the order details for the item under  ' Contact Information'.

If they can send the question to your email then why do they need it.

Probably it came via messages, which ebay also send as an email..
