A buyer requested a refund, which I was happy to do and sent a return label. The buyer didn't return the product, and eBay closed the 'buyer return' as it hadn't been dispatched. This was ten days ago, and I still haven't received any money from eBay. When will I receive it? Is there anything I should be doing?
