Buyers order information not matching the order information I have ?

I have a buyer requesting a refund due to not receiving item. Tracking shows item has been delivered with a photo. Buyer claims to have paid international shipping and put in a Korea address which he has shown me through screenshot. However when I click on the order number the details I get are a uk shipping address and uk shipping fees. Something is not right here I think it may be a mistake made by eBay ? I have done what I was asked from the order information I received and they buyer seems to have entered his information correctly but obviously something has gone wrong here.

Is the UK address Lichfield?  That sounds like Global Shipping so you send it to the UK hub and ebay forward it on to Korea.

As long as you have delivery evidence to the UK hub ebay covers any refund.

Make sure the buyer opens a case stating the item  has not been received and enter your tracking number.

Ebay should close the case and arrange to refund the buyer without it having any impact on you.
