My overseas buyers cannot request a combined total when they buy several buy it now items , auctions work ok , they tell me that they get a message saying "buyer does not offer combined postage" , but I do offer combined postage and my settings allow combined postage . I save called eBay a while ago to try and get help , but the guy was not able to help me . Any help please as I am sure I am loosing sales over this .
