Buyer won’t verify collection

I forgot to scan the qr code and now the buyer won’t send me the verification code. Is there anything I can do? You can see in our message exchange he did collect as he tells me he arrived.

There's nothing you can do.   Without the code ebay will hold the payment for 14 days but you will get it after that.
