Nope,  sorry this is not allowed. No contact details are allowed before purchase.

Message the buyer explaining these rules,  they have to buy and pay for the item, then allowed to come and inspect,  if the item is not to their liking they do not hand over the collection code to you,  and you cancel the order citing Buyer Requests to Cancel.

This fully refunds the buyer,  your seller performance is not affected  and you can relist the item for sale.

eBay no longer allows contact details to be exchanged until an item has been won and paid for.

This was to prevent "inspection" visits, which often ended up with the buyer and seller making a cash sale at a lower price by evading payment of eBay's fees. eBay now scans every message between users to check for attempts to provide contact details. It has also banned all cash sales.
