I have a buyer that wants to return a item saying the weight is wrong but we know that the weight is correct . We posted it with Royal Mail but Royal Mail have put the wrong weight on the label I have asked the seller to put the item on scales or take to post office and put on there scales and this will show that the weight is correct but he will not do this and says he will leave me bad feed back we have done nothing wrong as we weigh ever item we sell and we know they are correct

Your post is a little confusing, but if the buyer wants to return and has opened a return request, saying the item is not as described in the listing then you need to accept the request, supply a prepaid return label and refund them within 3 days of getting the item back

adding to the advice already given -
You don't have a leg to stand on as your buyers have virtually unlimited Rights.
this is because you are a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.
