Cash on collection is best, buyer can't open ebay MBG.

Love the tea suggestion, but absolutely solidly correct. 

After purchase,   if the buyer pays cash , they have no comeback on item not recieved, or item not as described,  as they had full opttion to check out the item in the ' flesh'.

After payment,  just mark the item as paid and dispatched,  that's eBay's wording for a collected item.
