My buyer is requesting a refund stating the item is not as described.
The item does match the description along with very clear photos. As the seller who has a no returns policy is there a way of refusing the return and refund?

If buyer opens not as described case,you issue returns label and refund in full on return.
If you refuse return, buyer can escalate to ebay, they get refund and keep item.
All sellers have to accept not as described case.
