Buyer wants refund for INAD

My buyer is requesting a refund stating the item is not as described.

The item does match the description along with very clear photos. As the seller who has a no returns policy is there a way of refusing the return and refund?

If buyer opens not as described case,you issue returns label and refund in full on return. 

If you refuse return, buyer can escalate to ebay, they get refund and keep item.

All sellers have to accept not as described case.

Right ok, thanks for replying and making that clear where I stand. Doesn't
seem fare though when I done everything right, but that's life I guess.
