Buyer purchased item, using their friends home business address. Item delivered using Royal Mail tracked service. I have a delivery photo of location / gps coordinates / etc
I messaged the buyer recently re feedback “would be appreciated” buyer advised not received item they had used a UK friends address - their ebay account has the address details as delivered. Unsure what else I can do.

Never ask for feedback as it can get you the sort you don't always want, and if you think feedback will release any payments it only applies to items of £10 or under.
If it says tracked on the postal services website, then contact ebay customer services here, and provde the details and they can release funds for you, eBay Customer Service
A buyer can change an address at checkout,so if the address is shown on the order details, and shows delivered you don't have to refund. If the address was given by messages etc then your not covered.

Feedback requests, ok point taken.
The different address used, only surfaced afterwards. Item delivered in January.
Buyer only disclosed address wasn’t theirs, when I’d asked if item was ok any problems etc.
Not any issue with funds ebay etc - just a simple customer care response, from myself.
